# Terms and Conditions

### Course Registration and Payment

1. **Registration**: To secure your place in any of the above workshops, materclasses or courses, full payment is required at the time of registration.
2. **Payment Methods**: We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payment details will be provided upon registration.

### Course Participation

1. **Materials**: All materials can be provided for an additional charge of €5. Participants are welcome to bring their own materials if preferred. A recommended materials list will be provided upon registration.
2. **Meals**: Home-made cakes, refreshments, and lunch are provided each day. We cater to all dietary requirements; please inform us of any specific needs at the time of registration.

### Cancellation Policy

1. **Cancellation by Participant**:
– If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us as soon as possible.
– Cancellations made within 14 days before the course start date will receive a gift voucher for the amount paid, minus a €50 cancellation fee. This voucher can be used for future courses or workshops.
– Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will be offered a full gift voucher for the amount paid.
– No cash refunds will be issued.

2. **Cancellation by Organizer**:
– In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by the organizer, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a future course date.

### Liability

1. **Personal Property**: Participants are responsible for their own personal property. The organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the course.
2. **Health and Safety**: Participants are required to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the organizer. The organizer is not liable for any injuries sustained during the course.

### Code of Conduct

1. **Respect and Inclusivity**: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and inclusive manner towards other participants and the organizer. Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without a refund.
2. **Participation**: Active participation is encouraged, but participants are free to engage at their own comfort level.

### Privacy Policy

1. **Personal Information**: Any personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of administering the course and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
2. **Photography and Media**: The course organizer may take photographs or videos during the course for promotional purposes. By participating in the course, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the organizer at the start of the course.

### Amendments

1. **Changes to Terms**: The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes prior to the course start date.
